Due to the nature of digital items, it is not physically possible to return our presets and we can’t issue refunds. All sales are final but if you have an issue please feel free to contact us or send an email to email@example.com and we will come up with a solution.
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, we will review your order history, and let you know if we can issue a refund. If issued, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to both process and post the refund.
